The customer in submitting a .HK domain registration through 1API GmbH explicitly agrees to indemnify 1API GmbH against any and all liability, loss, damages and legal costs in the transmission of identification information, understanding that 1API GmbH deletes identification information from all its systems immediately after transmission. 2.1 Accuracy of Registrant Information. 2.2 Authorization of Registrar. You confirm that you have instructed and requested 1API GmbH act on your behalf in the registration and management of your .UK domain name.
2.3 Abuse. You agree to abstain from distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting or otherwise engaging in activities that are criminal or contrary to applicable law and that your registrant will not further or aid any criminal activity.
2.4 Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration. You confirm that you are aware and understand the Terms of Service for both 1API GmbH and the obligations and responsibilities of registering or renewing a .UK domain name.
3. PRICING AND CHARGES
3.1 Registration of .UK Domain Name. The standard rate for a domain registration is 7.30 GBP per domain per year of registration. This rate applies to both second-level and third-level domain registrations.
3.2 Renewal of .UK Domain Name. The standard rate for a domain renewal is 7.30 GBP per domain per year of registration. This rate applies to both second-level and third-level domain registrations. Renewals are subject to the renewal terms and conditions in section 4 below.
3.3 Restoring of .UK Domain Name. The standard rate for a domain renewal is 10.00 GBP per domain per year of registration. This rate applies to both second-level and third-level domain registrations. Renewals are subject to the renewal terms and conditions in section 4 below.
4. DOMAIN NAME RENEWALS AND EXPIRATION
4.1 Domain Name Renewal. Your continued use of a Registered Name is subject to your timely payment of renewal fees before the expiration date of a domain name, as well as, your continued compliance with this Agreement and any rules or policies referenced herein. You understand and agree that 1API GmbH is not responsible for cancelled domain names that you fail to properly renew under the following conditions:
4.2 Expiration of Domain Name. The renewal of any Registered Name is solely and completely your responsibility alone. Registered Names that expire will be removed from the respective Registry's root zone file and will no longer resolve. You acknowledge, understand, and agree to release and hold 1API GmbH completely harmless against any claim for damage or loss arising from your failure to renew a Registered Name.
5. RESELLER
If you operate as a Reseller of a partner company of 1API GmbH , you understand and agree to comply with all the following:
5.1 Obligations to 1API GmbH and 1API GmbH Partner. You agree as a Reseller to expressly and contractually abide by all obligations of your 1API GmbH service provider company and also with 1API GmbH as the registrar.
5.2 Obligations to Registry. You agree as a Reseller to be expressly and contractually abide by all obligations that apply to Registrars under .UK Registry's Registrar Registry Agreement.
5.3 Transfer, Delegation, Subcontract of Rights. You also agree not to transfer, subcontract or delegate any of your rights or obligations of the 1API GmbH service provider, 1API GmbH or the Registry.
5.4 Registrant Agreement. You agree as a Reseller that you will enter into an electronic or paper registration agreement with your customers that expressly and contractually binds you to all the same obligations of Registrar under this Agreement and the .UK Registrant Agreement located at www.nominet.org.uk/uk-domain-names/registering-uk-domain/legal-details/terms-and-conditions-domain-name-registration.
5.5 Indemnification. You as a Reseller agree to indemnify and hold harmless the .UK Registry and its subcontractors, and its and their employees, directors, officers, representatives, delegates, shareholders, affiliates, agents, successors, and/or assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, your domain name registration. You understand that this indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of the Registration Agreement.

2.1 Registrant’s Rights and Responsibilities. You confirm and agree to the US Registry's Registrant’s Rights and Responsibilities. Link provided .US Registry list of links above.
2.2 Accuracy of Contact Information. You understand and agree to provide accurate and reliable contact details at the time of registration, and must correct and update them within seven (7) days of any change during the term of the Registered Name registration, including:
2.3 Registry Operator’s Reservation of Rights Policy and Administrative Policy Statement. You understant and agree that your registration and use of a usTLD name is subject to the usTLD Registry Operator’s Reservation of Rights Policy and Administrative Policy Statement.
2.4 Failure to Update. You understand and agree that willful provisioning of inaccurate or unreliable information, and the willful failure to update information provided to Registrar within seven (7) days of any change, or failure to respond for over fifteen (15) days to inquiries by Registrar concerning the accuracy of contact details associated with the Registered Name Holder's registration shall constitute a material breach of the Registered Name Holder- registrar contract and be a basis for suspension and/or cancellation of the Registered Name registration.

2.6 Proxy Domain Names Service. You understand and agree to the usTLD Policy on the use of Proxy Domain Name Services. In addition, you understand and agree that if you intend to license use of a domain name to a third party that you nonetheless, the Registrant of record, are responsible for providing your own full contact information.
3. RESELLER
If you operate as a Reseller of 1API GmbH , you understand and agree to comply with all the following, which are in addition to 1API GmbH 's Reseller Agreement:
3.1 Reseller Agreement. You confirm you have read and understand your oblibations under 1API GmbH 's Reseller Agreement. You understand that reselling .US Registry domains you must also be compliant and abide by all terms and conditions and all Registrar obligations set forth in section 3 of this appendix.
3.2 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Neustar, and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and stockholders from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind, including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to any activities of such reseller. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration the Reseller Agreement.
3.3 Logos and Marketing. You understand that resellers are prohibited from displaying the usTLD or the usTLD-Accredited Registrar logo, or from otherwise representing yourself as accredited by Neustar unless you have written permission from the Neustar to do so.
3.4 Registrant Agreement. You agree as a Reseller that you will enter into an electronic or paper registration agreement with your customers that expressly and contractually binds you to all the same obligations of Registrar under this Agreement and the .US Registrant Agreement and any usTLD Policies, and you shall identify the sponsoring registrar as 1API GmbH or provide a means for identifying the sponsoring registrar.
3.5 Sponsoring Registrar. You agree to identify the sponsoring registrar as 1API GmbH upon inquiry from the customer.

2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You acknowledge, understand and agree to the following .DK Registry obligations and responsibilities which are in addition to the Obligations and Responsibilities in 1API GmbH ’s Registrant Agreement and ccTLD Domain Name Policies listed above for .DK Registry domain names:
2.1 Registrant has read and understand DK Hostmaster's General Conditions found here: General Terms and Conditions
2.2 That in order for a domain name to be registered, DK Hostmaster must be able to validate the registrant in accordance with the rules set out by DK Hostmaster.
2.3 That natural persons in connection with DK Hostmaster's validation, may be compelled to inform DK Hostmaster of his or her civil registration (CPR) number and to use NemID in order to be validated.
2.4 That legal persons in connections with DK Hostmaster’s validation, will be asked to provide the specific and unique information as described in DK Hostmaster’s General Conditions and validation procedures.
2.5 That DK Hostmaster is entitled to reject an application and a registration of a domain name if DK Hostmaster is unable to validate the registrant.
2.6 That the information submitted by the registrant is registered by DK Hostmaster and will be used for administering the .dk top-level domain, including that the information will be made publicly available via the whois database published by DK Hostmaster, unless the registrant fulfils the anonymity requirements of the whois database.
2.7 That the Registrar has inform the registrant of the possibilities of having personal information hidden in the whois database
2.8 That Registrant understands that the Registrar has an agreement with DK Hostmaster.
2.9 That Registrar has Registrant's express and written acceptance to make payments to DK Hostmaster on behalf of the Registrant and thus be registered as payer in DK Hostmaster's database, and or if Registrar is acting as a proxy for the Registrant's domain name .DK Hostmaster may require this to take place according to a procedure set out by DK Hostmaster.
2.10 The Registrant understands that if the Registrar is acting as a proxy and/or payer for the registrant, the Registrant has been informed that he or she has the opportunity to become the proxy and/or payer or use a different proxy and/or payer.
2.11 The Registrant's application for the specified .DK domain name will be sent to DK Hostmaster A/S. DK Hostmaster A/S will contact the registrant by email to enter into an agreement on the right to use the domain name according to the terms and conditions that apply hereto. This is a condition for becoming registrant of the domain name. Please note that the registrant must enter into the agreement no later than 4 days after receiving the email from DK Hostmaster.
In this context, the registrant agrees, pursuant to Section 18 (2) (13) of the Danish Consumer Contract Act, to renounce the right to withdraw from the agreement on the right to use the specified .DK domain name. Furthermore, the registrant gives their consent for DK Hostmaster A/S, as domain administrator, to use their personal data in accordance with its personal data policy.

2.2 Protected domain names.
2.2.1. You acknowledge and agree that you are required to check that the .FI domain name you are about to register is not a protected name or trademark owned by another party in Finland or the EU.
2.2.2. Under the Information Society Code, protected names and trademarks include:

There is no time limit for filing such claims which means that claims may be considered even ten years after the registration of the domain name. Therefore, it is possible that you may later lose its .FI domain name if the domain name has been identical to a protected name or trademark owned by another party at the time of the registration.
2.3. Permitted Characters for domain names Characters allowed in a domain name are the letters from A to Z and the numbers from 0 to 9. In addition, permitted characters include native language characters å, ä and ö, as well as characters in the Sami languages spoken in Finland and the hyphen-minus.
When applying for a domain name or planning to do so, you must be aware of the technical restrictions related to domain names containing native language characters.
In particular, you may have the need to apply for a domain name containing native language characters and an equivalent domain name without native language characters, for example ääkkönen.fi and aakkonen.fi.
Punycode, also called ACE (ASCII Compatible Encoding), enables the use of characters outside the Latin alphabet. The name server system understands a domain name consisting of native language characters, if it is technically defined as an ACE string.

A Registered Name Holder must indemnify, to the maximum extent permitted by law, defend and hold harmless DotAsia, and its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to the Registered Name Holder’s domain name registration and or use. This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of the domain registration.
2.2.Registered Name Holder Compliance. A Registered Name Holder is required to:

2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You acknowledge, understand and agree to the following .ASIA Registry obligations and responsibilities are in addition to the Obligations and Responsibilities in 1API GmbH ’s Registrant Agreement and ccTLD Domain Name Policies:
2.1. Personal Data. You acknowledge and accept that PANDI, Belidomain and GMO may use the Registrant’s Personal Data in processing, copying, publication, modifying, and provision through the WHOIS service, and authorize third parties to do so, in accordance with data protection regulations and applicable law.
2.2 Rights Protection Mechanisms. You agree to comply with the protection mechanisms of rights, procedures, and process set out in the Domain Name Policy.
2.3 You agree to comply with the decision-making process in accordance with judicial bodies in which PANDI, Belidomain, GMO, Reseller, or Registrant, must obey.
2.4 Truth and Accuracy of Registrant Data.
2.5 Acknowledgement of Price. You as the Registered Name Holder expressly agree to the price of a domain name and acknowledge that the price for the creation of a Domain Name may be greater than or less than the price for the renewal of that Domain Name. All legal and finalized contracted prices for customers are available at the point of domain or service registration (as well as renewal), which is by default 100,000 USD, though it maybe sold for less at 1API GmbH 's discretion.
2.6 Indemnification. Registration Agreement must include Registrant’s obligation to free Belidomain, GMO, Reseller and PANDI, including its administrators, directors, officers, employees, and agents, to the maximum extent required by law, from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from or relating to the request for a domain name registration pursuant to this Agreement, the Domain Name registration and/or the use of the Registered Name.
3. RESELLERS
If you operate as a Reseller of 1API GmbH , you understand and agree to comply with all the following:
3.1. Obligations to Registry. You agree as a Reseller to be expressly and contractually abide by all obligations that apply to Registrars under .ID Registration Services Agreement.
3.2 Registrant Agreement. You agree as a Reseller that you will enter into an electronic or paper registration agreement with your customers that expressly and contractually binds you to all the same obligations as 1API GmbH under this Agreement.

2. RESELLERS
If you operate as a Reseller of 1API GmbH , you understand and agree to comply with all the following: 2.1 Individual Registrant Privacy Option (IRPO) Requirement. You agree as a Reseller to provide .NZ registrants with the option to conceal the contact information for their domain contact(s) in WHOIS search results. You further guarantee that registrants enabling this option have confirmed that are an individual registrant and not using their .NZ domain(s) for significant trade.

These are the additional terms and conditions for registrants of domain names from the .PR Registry, Gauss Research Laboratory, Inc (".PR Registry"), with which you must fully comply in order to be a registrant of a .PR domain name.
The terms "we", "us" or "our" shall refer to 1API GmbH The terms "you", "your", "user", “registrant” or "customer" shall refer to any individual or entity who registers a .PR domain name through 1API GmbH .
2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You acknowledge, understand and agree to the following .PR Registry obligations and responsibilities which are in addition to the Obligations and Responsibilities in 1API GmbH’s Registrant Agreement and ccTLD Domain Name Policies:
2.1 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the .PR Registry and its subcontractors, and the directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents of each of them, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to your domain name registration. This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of this registration agreement.
2.2 Compliance with Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree to comply with the following:
2.2.1 Operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices for the applicable the .PR TLD established from time to time by the .PR Registry in a non-arbitrary manner and applicable to all registrars, including affiliates of the .PR Registry, and consistent with any applicable Registry Agreement.
2.3 Personal Data. You consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of your Personal Data by the .PR Registry and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant to all registry policies.
2.4 Disputes. You agree to submit to proceedings commenced under any dispute resolution mechanisms as may be adopted by the .PR Registry for the .PR TLD. You further acknowledge and agree that Registry has no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from the proceedings and processes and results of any dispute resolution process regarding a registration.
2.5 Truth and Accuracy of Registrant Data. You agree to immediately correct and update the registration information for the domain name registered during the registration term for the domain name registered.
2.6 Registry Rights. You acknowledge and agree that the .PR Registry reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on Registry lock, hold or similar status, that it deems necessary, in its discretion; (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the .PR Registry; (2) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of .PR Registry, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees; (4) per the terms of the registration agreement; (5) for the non-payment of fees by Registrar, or (6) to correct mistakes made by Registry or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration. The .PR Registry also reserves the right to place upon Registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a dispute.
